I searched for tutorials on changing icons. Unfortunately I didn't find anything definitive on this. Maybe I searched it wrong. May someone where point me to a tutorial on this? |

From my quick google I found out there is no unlock for 04.10.01 yet. I have in my hand a locked unit with UK carrier.

Well, you are running 4.3 and you want to update to 4.3? What's up with that? LOL.
Just download the latest 4.3.3 and then JB it with redsn0w 0.9.6rc16. Just be careful if you need to unlock. |

You mean delete the app?
No I won't do that. biteSMS is an awesome app. Probably there's an option buried somewhere to turn that off, or small editing/hacking with the same effect. |

Don't worry about the warranty.
I just get a new replacement unit from Maxis yesterday. My previous unit when shake got sound like something is loose inside. The unit was jailbroken; so before I sent to Maxis, I restored it to stock and there was no issue at all at Maxis centre. |

BiteSMS got option to timestamp all messages.
And iirc there is a $ tweak in Cydia taht will timestamp all messages. |
