I deposited RM5900 using my BIG PAY on 24.12.2018 for above campaign

I have only received the normal BIG point of 295 on 28.12.2018.

Terms and conditions say I should get additional 6X per RM20, after 45 days.

Can you please check when can i get the additional points?

I emailed directly to big loyalty team 2 weeks ago. Guess what? Last week they closed my case ticket without solution and feedback. Lol

While waiting email from big loyalty. Ptptn fb replied I got 1000 points for the campaign and I shooted them that was my fave campaign point. They are totally clueless. Omg.

But I did withdraw on first week of January. Not sure it will affect my points or not.

Just realized my Big Point from SSPN-i deposit credited at the end of Feb..

Deposit RM5k on 30/12/2018..

First 250 Points credited on 4th Jan,

Bonus 1500 credited on 27th Feb

I hv no idea what is 2018 Wheelathon II, but thr is same amount of points been withdrew.

The points calculation as below:
Every RM20 = 1 point -->250 points
Every RM5 = 1 point -->1000 points
Every RM10 = 1 point--> 500 points

So i think the "Every RM20 = 1 point -->250 points" is refer to Big Pay transaction, the other 2 are bonus..

Quick answer: yes, you can use CC for SSPN-i Plus.

i register sspn-i online last 27th may and paid rm20 deposit, until now didn't get any e-mail or letter from ptptn.. how long does the account opening process usually take??
