about the sales i dont know, i only doing review and exposed new property.

maybe can get more info from the sales office of the Kiara Residence Phase 1.


My next target is to get the info for the Jalil Max new development.

i just get the picture of the first block, not the whole development, from wat is see is block and got swimming pool.

i did not manage to get the pciture of the whole development, this 1 also curi curi 1.


about the size is i not sure, still in progress to find out, the colour is the same as the KR P1 only the shape and form is up-grade.

i try their website www.knox.com.my[COLOR=blue] also not much can see.

i call the number but just ask me to register.

this is very tricky Q, my test and you is very diff, maybe the best answer is look around and see for you self, but try get the development with DIBS.

Kiara Residence Phase 1 (U r too late~ SOLD OUT!)

KM1, too expensive. Price from 600k and above.

The Treez, very expensive. Price from 800k and above.

Parklane OUG, very cheap but design like flat and too high density.

The rest, look for yourself ^^

i check and verified - KR is not serviced residence, the land is not commercial title. is fully residential. For the design is follow the pic here, the picture at knox website is the old design.

the small plot of land is for dewan serbaguna.

Here is more interesting - the LRT station plan and the new access road. taken from kiara residence email to all the registrant.
