I hope the bank and developer can finalize every detail needed to be reflected in S&P soon and hopefully we can get it sign within next month. After that we can enjoy the progress of construction for our new home/investment. unsure.gif

Did anyone know whether the developer will provide the glass door with white frame as shown on the pamphlet ?
Also the lanai corridor will be glass as well? highlighted in red.

Mostly they are from O&G company like Shell, subdidize a lot for their staffs.

Wah, what happened to KR2, suddenly so eerily quiet or is this thread is overloaded hence too heavy to keep up the pace.

Side track a bit, anyone know the rough distance for OUG Mall (WCT) and Jalil City upon completion? I know it is not easy to pinpoint, just a rough estimation will do.

but developer has not make up their mind on a lot things..car park lot position, finishes..
