anyone can confirm for the applicant who can apply up to 70% loan to margin, needs to pay the remaining 20% during the first(10%) and second(10%) schedules payment/progress which is 6 month away? not during signing of SPA ?

PBB, approved with 70% LTV (I think they approve me cause got other housing loan with them)

UOB 55% LTV

Did anyone know whether the developer will provide the glass door with white frame as shown on the pamphlet ?
Also the lanai corridor will be glass as well? highlighted in red.
