anyone can confirm for the applicant who can apply up to 70% loan to margin, needs to pay the remaining 20% during the first(10%) and second(10%) schedules payment/progress which is 6 month away? not during signing of SPA ?

HLB, AmBank, rejected due to 100% DSR
KH, MBB, still pending PBB, approved with 70% LTV (I think they approve me cause got other housing loan with them) UOB 55% LTV MBB K, sweet young thing. Chun! |
