Guys, I just couldn't understand why so much concern of the 0.1 or 0.15% difference for the loan. Does it really leave a big hole in your pocket? Just refinance once the lock-in period expired. Even if you still stuck with another 1 year to go before lock-in expiration, there's no big deal as if even you taking 550k loan, the difference per annum on interest is just $550 which translate to lesser than $55 per month. If you intend to flip, you can add additional few thounsands to offset all these charges.
The only concern we should place is the finish product of this condo as well as the surroundings to make it one of best investments ever.

When you refinance, remember to add another few thousand into the legal fees. No ?

If you use topup loan and to reduce the rate from same bank, you only pay the differences between your original loan amount and the refinance figure so the amount is minimal. If purely reduce interest rates, there's no charges at all.

Bro, as mentioned if you intend to flip, just add couple of k to offset ur interest...no big deal lor. Maybe our headache will be looking for buyers to pay for that asking price later

Hi all tktt from KR2. For myself, actually I quite agreed with ronn77 bro. I not even bother what rates outside are giving. I only cared how much max profit I can get after vp. Let say, rm520k I bought, after vp 700k? Actually I don't bother about the rates bcoz it really too small amount to calculate. I rather see big think big. Having said tat, still there r many people concerned about what rate they r getting. They wan best rate and best product in the market. But don't forget, there no such thing about best rate or best product. What I wan is the best service I could get from my banker. Different people has different POV. There no right or wrong. Cheers MGG
