I think the banker can follow Van der Vaart and Robben go to Holland. Or he watch too much van Persie.

Due to this is commercial land and yet to convert to residential land, therefore only can offer 70%. It is not logic at all. If residential land, it's up to 90% and max 70% subject to 3rd home loan / property declared.

Btw, loan approval for PBB is up to the branch ( some BM with approval authority limit ) and Loan Centre, or it was called Credit Approval.
This is under construction project, where, the project emplacement had been checked and done properly within Business Development Unit before they clarified this is EF and PBB can finance it according to the memo. Credit Department has no such empower to amend the approval authority of up to 90% to 70% due to land issue, unless subsales which not require BDU / EF Team to overlook it.

If this is commercial loan, it is not subject to LTV 70% and can loan up to 85%. Yet, your friend only can be offer max 70%.

Totally not logic at all. Even my friend already signed the LO with PBB for 90%, another friend who signed with MBB, also got the LO from PBB for 90%.

End of the story, the banker must did not check the PBB EF approval memo, so he/she do not know what is the max margin allow for the loan application. So, I only can say he/she did not do enough homework.

You better confirm with your friend and his/her PB banker ... bcz what PB banker told ur fren, maybe he/she unsure and interpreted to you 70%-30% and you interpreted back to me while my understanding might not be what was exactly the Pï¼¢Bank said ...

Bcz for me, if the PB is experienced sales person, I don't think he/she will tell your friend that the said matter arise would caused the margin of loan approval... It doesn't make sense at all if under residential land, it was 80% while if it was commercial land, it was 70%, where the EF Team already review the project details before they grant approval for the loan package for certain project application to become EF.

Maybe I get the wrong understanding from what the PB Banker told you guys ... you may reconfirm and correct me ...

For under construction project, the EF Team of the the banks would define this is residential / commercial land and if this is agriculture land, commercial land but build a Condominium ( a terms for residential high rise ), the developer have to provide the letter convert / said land premium receipt from government to proof they are processing the transfer title of the land after the premium had settled.

On pitch, Red Cows triumph in every way. But now is Semi, anything can be happen. Red sudah win too much. I dont think they can repeat the history to become the first back to back champions sandwhich by a World Cup medal. Of course, they have the depth to do so.

If Red Cow play 4-6-0, then i think Portugal have great chance. If they play 4-5-1, then Portugal must rely on Moutinho, Meireles and Veloso to support CR7.

Spain can make it is very usual, no need miracle. If Portugal win 2-0 then it is miracle. Lol.

Not sure yet. Depends on odds movement.

A lot of CR7 and BPL/MU fans would take Portugal. Spain got lot of fans here after England and Germany.

Yes. No doubt Germany has the best attacking football display currently and heavy punt to win the Euro 2012.

But, for the past few major tournaments, none of the biggest 2 favourites ever win the competition. So, I do not rate Italy n Portugal out.

Every money would be on Germany. But how they win, is a question. 90 min? 120 min? Penalty KO?

Although I am Italy biggest fan. My philosophy would be taking a big team like Italy and eat ball, its a biggest advantage that nvr lose for the past 20 years. Germany was heavy fave against Italy n WC2006 but end up losing 0-2.

I am on Italy's master defensive team again. Its one of my dream to see Italy vs Germany at Finals instead of Semi.
