Moreover, there was some story behind why Knox Halim had prob with then Trinity, over the Heron Residency construction halfway and right before TZ was launched.

It was more related to TZ ( by Trinity ) but the impression was so good, though there were quite number of minor issues. And the successful of TZ has related to ZR, who had been selling very well due to it's internal network and marketing.

Trinity background when they launched it's Heron against Trinity when they launched TZ was bigger gap. And Trinity today against Trinity which launched TZ 3 years ago was totally different ...

I am pretty fine that MGG Gor to know this Trinity story. Do you?
