This condo either facing kesas of lrt line. Which part is better for renting ? I worry cos montkiara facing highway condos all empty & facing lrt ..

390psf, 7% dis for first 100 customers (IMO, it will be extended when requested ), DIBS and freebies same as phase 1.

Walking distance to LRT (5 min) ....ROI should be very good, for investment is first choice of this area.

walking distance to LRT is major concern then only come to rental price. condo that located within walking distance to LRT is renting for higher price due to the transportation convenience.

parklane is too far from LRT and do not think LRT will give benefit to parklane.

that is not the main entrance...wont passed by those tutup shop i guessed? that road is only for lori lori hantar barang go in.
the entrance should pass by KR2 instead...referring to the SA.
pls correct me if im wrong.

But to use Heron Residency by Trinity Group and compare it with the KR2, due to both main con was Knox Halim group, it is hard to define until completion.

Moreover, there was some story behind why Knox Halim had prob with then Trinity, over the Heron Residency construction halfway and right before TZ was launched.

It was more related to TZ ( by Trinity ) but the impression was so good, though there were quite number of minor issues. And the successful of TZ has related to ZR, who had been selling very well due to it's internal network and marketing.

Trinity background when they launched it's Heron against Trinity when they launched TZ was bigger gap. And Trinity today against Trinity which launched TZ 3 years ago was totally different ...

im quite sure everyone who buy thier house, 1st thing come into mind is whois the developer. what are the track record. 2ndly the price, location and concept.
same goes to me, i had done the checking b4 booking.

What can i said more? trinity = trinity. past = past.

im looking for the future trinity group and im quite satisfied with current trinity group.

if u are in the sales line. u know , top salesman doesnt mean he is the top sales for the coming yrs.
likewise, if the developer arent good now doesnt mean they dont deserve better in the future?

My own frens i think still less than 10 after i book my first unit. They all Type C buyers too. Most of their profile can buy anything over 5 units. 

But one of my other fren and co, not so close, bought 11 units of Type A and B at Tower 1 last year. I think should be more.
