puchongite why said so? just now i saw in the show office, there are quite numbers of unit not sold yet.
Actually most of number of units are Level 1,2,3, 3A and 5 at Tower 3, actually these are medium and big units, so it is hard to sell due to low floor and unable to view Golf but Directly facing LRT Rooftop.
There are plenty of Type C available and I found most potential buyers unable to choose which unit they prefer, espcially all the Tower 3 Type C units had different facing, view and diffrent dimension.
Facing South is No. 1 and No. 3A ( Tower 3 )
These are the only 2 units of Type C Facing South/ Golf or LRT.
If the Tower 3 position is same linear with Tower 2, I am sure the No. 1 unit would be the most taken units due to good number instead of 3A. The con about this unit is, 45%of the view from it's balcony is going to face Tower 2 building and low low floors would face LRT. I rather pick Tower 1 and 2 facing pool low floor unit.
Hence, after much consideration, barred the number of 3A, actually this is the best facing unit of all the 12 units facing South accross 3 blocks. No.l 3A highfloors has potential to face Golf / KM1 / The Link / Tmn Esplanade view without any blocking.
The top 5 floors with double lanais means have double view of Golf plus Garden Landscape and Playground.
Facing North would be No. 5 and No. 8 ( Tower 3 )
Most of the buyers very much consider this against Tower 1 and 2's No. 8 due to all these 4 units facing North but Tower 3's No. 5 and No. 8 unable to face Pool directly and much nearer to Kesas compare to Tower 1 and 2. No.5 top 5 floors would have double view of North/OUG/KL and Pool/Balconies of Tower 1&2.
The best number of No. 8 unit has more of same of the No. 3A, face KL or KLCC without any highrise in front of your eyes and has largest view of the Play Ground and Landscape. Some buyers book for own stay, would prefer this isolated tower which consists own parking floor and no small units with it's own premium lobby and facing. Of course, this come with additional cost of premium RM 15-20k compare to Tower 1 & 2.

haha.. I guess it is up to how Knox utilized all these news to be their selling point.. same thing like LRT station which have not taken shape yet but development nearby sold like no tommorow 2 to 3 years ago, developer dont even need to lay a few bricks there..
I know a fren already start asking about KR2 after reading the news, too bad bigger units are harder to digest compared to smaller one..
It was close to 90% sales, i dont think the developer would waste further cost to sell all the remaining units.
At first, I also found bigger units of 1,457 sq feet was quite hard to digest, but comparing the high pricing of RM 640k onwards before 7% discount, partly furnished and DIBS, against other new launches with similar size, I feel these 1,457 are consider a bit big medium size unit ...
Minus out everything, it just RM 370-390 psf onwards at such location ...
A layout of 3 bedrooms + 1 maid room and with 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet ... actually 1,457 sq feet with RM 0.20 maintenance fee per month, are actually a good layout of small family with exclusive living with affordable pricing in 2015 onwards. .....
