Hi rongfu, i just called to ask price range, it is not launching yet, but the salesperson told me price range start from RM 680k , he told me might be launch on next week ! Today is the 1st day they launch the Grove Square 2 Shop lot at TTDI gallery Kajang. Everyone can go for Gallery that locate at Kajang now =]

just a personal preference staying away from jail and place of worship... no offence, other ppl might dont mind..

Same here, buddy. Unbelievably expensive price for TTDI Grove with low land, packed environments surrounded by cheap apartments and old houses. I rather invested in Hillpark Phase 2 not far from there.

Only 18 units for sale? The intermediate price looks okay but the corner seems over at 4mil onwards.

TTDI last phase is 22X70 all prebooked already for 680K. It is cheaper than Mutiara villa because the land area and built up is smaller. 2-storey only. Mutiara Villa is 3-storey and is gated and guarded (TTDI is not g&g). Also , the Mutiara Villa building and internal design is much more modern.

For better life for my family, I have chose to take up Mutiara Villa for 150K+ more.
