from the web, it seems fine. i have actually removed the proxy and in fact, before i put it to standby, i was using the browser to check my IP and it was showing MY.

weird...

whats so weird ??? I tot it already have been clarified that you don't need the proxy to be there at all after you have sign in via the proxy in the beginning during signing into the market?

At last.. Google admit that it's the server problem cause we can't do market download of any apps... Hopefully they can fix the problem ASAP... best is before i have my hands on my Transformer tomorrow night!!!!

eh, i tot some feedback from others was that you will need to enable the proxy again each time wanna access and download apps. hmmm... then this is indeed a small problem. one time use of proxy and problem solved.

for my case... i have to add the proxy each time if i wanna get something from the market....

nope it's not, i provide this link and the method that i used for eastherd to downgrade to the .9 version(androidn 3.0.1 firmware) only... of course, those of you who want to downgrade back, feel free to do that

For my case, even now with the proxy added cannot download from market, I removed it just now to test if without proxy possible. May have to redo the steps again.

what proxy software do you guys use?

need to select a good proxy... else it takes a long, long time. sometimes even time out. i'm assuming when you say cannot download, you dun get the error but just nothing happen. do clear the cache, etc first. just in case. for me, even restarted the tablet first.


check a few pages back. I think it was PG 32-33. i posted a link to xda forum. just follow the steps posted there. last page -- using Any Cut.

Added on June 2, 2011, 5:28 pmwe actually have a proxy setting, but it's hidden, these are the steps that will get it done;

--> go to Market, download this software called AnyCut(it will download just fine )
--> launch AnyCut, select New Shortcut
--> Select "Activity", then look for "Proxy Setting", and select it. It will ask u to name the shortcut, u can either name it something, or just use the default name, which is "Proxy Setting"
--> back to ur Homescreen, tap on the proxy setting shortcut, and u can access the hidden Proxy Setting now.

in case it is not showing Proxy Setting after u tap the shortcut, hit "Back" button until u exit Settings, and tap on that shortcut again

btw those that complain don have bee appear when u tap on the Android version, i just tested, got... Tap 4 times on the Android Version at roughly same position, not too fast not too slow.. confirm can get

anyone knows how NTFS works with android? does the card reader now support NTFS format?

hmm... i already unroot back to stock liaw...

guys, i managed to get the tablet with dock at cycom! based on the seller, im the 2nd person grabbing this..haha..and there's another 2 guy coming looking the tablet too..

at first the unit i received kenot turn on at all..then they replace me with another set..lucky can turn on with 25% batt left and i check for defects you guys mention b4..now on my way back home..hehe..

so for those still looking this baby better rush2 today
