16GB - RM1.5k (~NT$14900)
32GB - RM1.8k (~NT$17900)

Hope the bundled keyboard will price at RM300 (~NT$3000).

Yup.. Ipad 2 16gb WIFI version having very attractive price tag...
I'm very disappointed with the Asus Transformer price tag... but we haven't heard any official news from Asus Malaysia yet. I would say the RM1750 is still speculation price... If that's true... I think I will jump ship...

Acer Iconia Tab W500 with 32GB+WIFI+keyboard cost only RM1699....

another 7 days, it's will launch here but without 3G, only WiFi version.
fb replied; Asus Malaysia: ‎"3G version will be available in Q3 of the year."
ARV: RM1799 with dock, 3G version sure will be higher than that as we usually see....
*
just curious, where did you get the price (RM1799) for WIFI only?

anyone bought the asus eee pad?
i heard hd record quality is quite bad. isit true?

Well, i don't care much on the video or photo quality of this device... how much time you will really using your phone camera to shoot a quality picture? And now,it's a tablet with huge screen and size... i don't think it's practical to shoot using it.

And yes... the Honeycomb is on the way to the Transformers soon. The Asus Eee Facebook confirm that too. So, it won't be an outdated piece of antique gadget for the next few months...

I wish i'm in the pre-order list... but without the dock.. it's really weird... However.. you could then try to use it first and when the dock is available on end of June.. you could then decide if you need the dock or not...

For me, without the dock is like autobot without wheels...

its really a bargain at 300 actually since its battery + keyboard dock + 2 usb ports + card reader..it suits my need when i want to type with a physical keyboard and when i want to transfer stuff to the tablet. for those who are ok without the keyboard dock then go ahead just get the tablet lar..no biggie, this is just up to you entirely, no need to get snappy rite? tongue.gif

matte type as in anti-fingerprint kind rite? those will make your display look dull..i regret having that on my nexus one..makes my screen look so ugly..plan to change it once this one is full of scratches tongue.gif

you are right.. the Matte type will make your display dull ... but it's for sure anti glare... However, those with multi coat.. only work for like 2-3 months... after the coating wear off.. you got the normal SP again...
