yesterday, i restarted my transformer a few times. at the black screen showing asus logo... i could see lights coming from the sides... at a few places.

that is considered 'bleeding'? anyone got ask if bleeding can claim warranty or perhaps even 1-to-1? heh heh...

yes that's called light bleeding, mine so far is at the bottom middle part of the screen where the android honeycomb taskbar is, so far i dont really bother to notice it so its not a big deal for me at the moment. dont know can exchange or not. let me know if you managed to exchange. just scared the next unit got lightbleed too or worse, dead pixels

ya, same here. i got no dead pixel. between deadpixel and bleed, i think i prefer bleed since its only apparent at the bootup. if not for the restart, i won't even notice it. but for me, the bleeding is at a few places on the display/bezel -- top, sides and even bottom.

when you take screenshot it is automatically saved to a screenshots folder, u can check it out in the gallery or file manager (should be under /sdcard/screenshot or something like that, you can see it there.

what are you using to take screenshot ?? the default screenshot by using the multitask key ??

if thats the case, once u screenshot it will automatically save at /sdcard/Screenshots

For Offline Map GPS Navigation apps... Sygic... the version 2.1.3 support the Tegra 2 SOC... so.. it should work...

Mine WW .13 update manually from .9.. right now still no update...

OK thanks. Did notice got that folder though i was quite sure i was looking around for such folder. Must be getting old.

I guess i can expect to see many files there... was taking screenshots many times coz trying to figure out where the file went.

Finally... my TF start the update by it self... woohooo...

did you get any force close error after you downgrade to .9?

Doesnt feel any different after updating... notice 3 new apps and the keyboard seem a lil bit more responsive...

download the official .zip file from Asus site:

after u extract it, there will be a folder "Asus", put it at the root of ur memory card, then put in ur memory card. U see the notification area got a triangle says "Update File Detected", proceed with on screen instruction to apply this 'update', it will then flash itself

Do you sell the dock separately?

Btw is anyone having problems installing flash into their TF? I tried installing the latest version from the market but it prompts that installation has failed. I have to install 10.1 than update it to 10.2.

Aft updating to 3.1, the system is slick.
I like the stock web browser. It allows us to decide how our units are identified by the web servers. When it's set to desktop, we can access the websites' full features. But, it's not so slick and stable as opera mobile browser, especially when I open more than 15 tabs.
And the system is more stable, my opera mobile browser has yet to crash aft the update.

I believe that is 3.0.1 firmware...

hmmmm... steady steady.. 1 more day to wait.. .for my precious....
