I'm going to kill my DA too, once I get my OCBC Ti.

Yesterday was dining at Amarin Heavenly Thai at MV, thought of using my *AmEx for 5xTP but when I was about to take out my CC, the guy said 15% discount will be given for CIMB CC.

Quickly changed it to my DA. laugh.gif
At least something. tongue.gif
Anyway, will cancel my DA before anniversary.

*I'm not sure if AmEx is accepted but I think it does.

CIMB has being diverting their focus on its Debit Card rather than entry line credit card.

Yes, AMEX also accepted by them.

Yesterday I was at one of their other outlet within the group Just Thai at 1U and got 15% discount too.

Just canceled this louzy bank's credit card.

Emailed them to cancel the card 2 times and no reply from them. Finally made phone call to cancel.

but still cimb cards seems goos as zero annual fees compared to citibank


hate it to keep calling citibank annually to waive the fees.....

refer to the citibank thread. there is an automated method to request for AF waiver, dont even need to speak to a real person!

Not sure if I should ask here but is there anyway to get those cash out of my CIMB debit card? =( I deposit to buy stuff but it keep fail and I want my cash back D=

just withdraw from ATM, there will be no charges for debit card withdrawal.

U sure? I called them and they say must go Giant do withdrawal. Debit no pin, cant withdraw.

it should be given when they give u the debit card for saving/current account...
u have to ask them how to go about it now.
