Downloaded the Petronas CC application form from CIMB website and found there is no instruction on how/where to return it once completed.

Is going to the branch the only option here?

despite the 6months 0% BT gone, i'm surprised that the 9 months 0% for education, medical and insurance also not being extended... looking at their current promo, i dun see how it's going to attract new customer.

guys, i dun think we should make it sounds like CIMB owe us the 0% BT program, it's good that they had program, but it was clearly stated a promo only, they never it would be there forever.

fax at 11+AM, received phone call around 3PM and finally SMS at 4PM saying CL increased to xxx effective from 22 / 08 / 2012. rclxms.gif

fast forward 2 weeks+ and this morning CIMB called me, they will rebate RM50 and reactive the card for me...

sorry guys, i didn't ask about BT, but i believe shouldn't be a problem based on the conversation. rclxms.gif rclxm9.gif

the T&C on website says for NEW to bank customer only, for the RM250 rebate.

Any existing customer applied n got the rebate?

log a complaint there, they will get back to you within 2 days.

just to share if anyone is trying to get 2x RM50 to offset the GST within a year, it's not possible, they kept record of it.
I tried and failed it earlier this year tongue.gif then proceed to cancel.
