congratulation for all new neighbor . I think first thing need to do is check the defect first bcs there will be many defect in you house. Also need follow up closely with contractor developer for repair defect if not will take a very long time to wait them repair all the defect.

if that is true. the cemetery entrance is using our road coz i saw the road link to that empty land.
