Quite good location near kota kemuning. Surroundings relatively underdeveloped. Can bypass kesas toll easily. Developer provide fencing+guardhouse. Building shops in front of road. Can consider if u don't like to stay in codos. ..

From the sales person, it seem that launch (Nov) till now, only manage to sell arnd 50% of all the units. |
