Jz received a letter need to pay as below:
1) 2nd half assessment 2015 RM55.25
2) 1st half assessment RM6.41
3) Quit Rent RM28.08
4) General & infra Maintainance fee RM 763.20

im good with first 3 items...but infra maintainance charge me RM700++??? but im not even move in yet...shudnt tis beared by developer???
im first time buyer...any 1 can clarify tis???

this is what developer staff told me, they need hire security and those potong rumput and some maintenance.

this 1 depend on the developer lo..

1 month to repair defect (subject to developer)
1 month to renovate (depend on your contrator)

* above is my previous experience. 2 month waiting before move in

even if we settle the rm850 but still need to wait for bank...around 2 weeks...
IOI developer repair defects need to followup daily??? or they initiative 1???

u can follow up every 2 week with them . Check your house every week.
