I brought Felicia2 , they claim to complete the whole thing and pass key on Oct 2015 wor, but then ok lar...............i go there almost every weekend to see the progress , now the road all tar alredi...... my unit is at last row of Felicia2 (facing first row of Kristal).......
Weather so hot lately , the water in the lake also shrink dy , sampah sarap can be see ler............
Can any one share the renovation package ar? coz some one send me a sms says that they are having promotion renovation package for Felicia buyer.

I receive such msg in the early stage , what i know is ,the loan will not release 100% in one shot ,it will release base on the building progression ,i think the bank is informing u that they start to releasing the loan..........but better confirm again wif ur bank agent .........

Saw sum crack line on the place where the power meter located , i tot onli my house got , mana tau go and see every house also have...........

i like the pro side...........visibility at night..........
but a street lamp always remind me of some one standing under the lamp........orange light on the person and big black shadow under the leg.............no movement no sound............walao eh...........super scary lor.

Went there again yesterday , i can say house 80% complete dy..........they pull the main electrical wire to every house dy , main electric papan is up on the wall(but the meter is not install yet) ..........remember the pond , i see sum cleaner is cleaning the pond......they start to plant sum plant n tree at the road side ............they are doing all this final thing .......
