U r renting out a bare unit? what is the rental be? I see some one already start posting sum ad to rent it out at 900 and selling for 360k already

basic unit only.. will only install some basic light..fan and grill..i think should be the agent who post it? that is the rough price around 900 to 1000 for rent and 350k to 355k for sales.

last week I went there.. so here is some pic of my house.
mine is corner lot but thinking to rent it out


as u can see there is one contractor approach us, and gave us his name card.

Went there last week , meet the worker there , chat with him for a while , according to him..........he has been inform that key will be hand over to owner next month ..............so chances for us to get key next month is big.
he say , he is one of the worker to deal wif defect too.........
but he is also accepting renovation personally.............
according to him , adding fan point and socket point cost Rm65/Point
Grill wif normal metal cost around 2k..............good metal cost around 2.3k
for those who wan to close the current toilet door and open one facing the kitchen............he say need 8k .........coz our toilet is very small , and he have to relocate the mangkuk tandas and other thing
Relocate the current mailbox/dustbin to the side also he can do..........but i din ask the cost lar.........
i dun think he is a local...........so............do it at your own risk lor...........any one interested can pm me and ask for his phone no.
