i thought the area close to taman sentosa is bandar puteri klang, for BP2, it is still > 4 or 5 km away.....

Bandar Putera 1 is exactly beside sentosa actually.

I had word wt property agent today. He told me IOI properties has product quality problem. The wonder the previous post people keep complaining about defects. Future owners all d best...😊

well, every developer also has quality problem. As far i knew, IOI deliver the home on time compare to some developer that never deliver.
That why got 2 years warranty defect warranty so they can rectify it. So far they solved my house problem during this 2 years (mine is minor) and so far so good. Dont see any issue on quality

My.colleague is staying alpinia....so far no issue....ioi quality not that bad la.... one of the top developer in malaysia.... although this is not their main or high profit margin project....guess they won't sacrifice quality for their reputation.... if compare to lbs, my current house, it is really bad quality la.....lol

those is minor defects, if those agent really say those, why i getting calls every weeks from agent to sell my unit

Kristal 1 billed up to 60% today.. Another 10% the house will be complete.. Balance 30% belong to road and some outside works. It's seem they shld deliver ivory by May 16, some how they will complete the road works soon.

Kristal 2 billed up to what percentage ? If we know that, we can estimate the both Kristal delivery period...

My unit is facing ivory....currently 45% completion.....
According to ioi, kristal 2 expected completion by Feb 2017......

Kristal 1 should be earlier right ?

Hi there, thanks for ur reply. It's looks like the billing almost catching the billing for Kristal 1. Next they may charge 5% for sewerage.. Ltr 10% for wiring and etc. if both billing done in Jan 16, we can strongly say Kristal 1 & 2 deliver same time. Kristal 1, promised date is Nov 16.

It's Jz small analysis and my personal opinion. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Btw, last time saw there were two rows or more progress slower than the rest.... not yet complete front gate and front drainage, kristal 1 and 2....maybe they will complete close to 100% for the row opposite to ivory....then the rest do it slow till promised date...

Anyone wanna let go? One of my friend looking for this area.

Hi All... Happy New Year 2016.. Ivory & Kristal 1 count down starts.. Yesterday I visited the site, few findings as below:
1. Ivory few more touch up works
2. Krital 1 almost done but interior not sure
3. Kristal 2 looks like more to build, the gate & car porch not complete for all d unit.
4. Astana launched recently but almost complete & left road works only.

So from the recent findings, Kristal 1 not possible to get in May 16 since Kristal 2 a lot more to go..mmm..

Few more updates from former owner:

1. All advised to do "Pest Control" before occupy your new house. There is potential termite problem.

2. When wash you house for th first time advisable to seal all the plug point near to the floor using the plastic plug point casing or any other method. There is high chance the water may go into the plug point.

3. Advisable to switch off the main plug after wash and exit from the unit. Just an extra precautions.

Btw, did felicia 1 and 2 delivered key at the same time ?

I thought kristal 1 should received key earlier than kristal 2 due to different launching timing.....

Based on my understanding, the launching date for Felicia 1 & 2 has three months different like Kristal 1 & 2. The keys are deliver on batch basis and some how both Felicia got their keys on promised date. But am I not sure how accurate the date they got the key.

I guess Kristal 1 & 2 also deliver key on batch basis and some how we will receive the keys on time. Since Kristal 2 has quite a lot more to go, I don't think it can be complete by May '16. Let's see on next billing %. My info can be wrong coz it Jz based on my my estimation. Next posting I try to get some photo of all the d projects. Thank you.

Noted. Based on my last visit, there`s one or two row of Kristal 1 got no gate and car porch built yet, same goes to Kristal 2, and looks like the manpower moved to D/Storey and new S/S 20x60 (Not yet launch, but under construction already),

Wah this make me confused.. May or Nov.. Let's wait for next billing.. S/S size getting smaller but price go up..they launch all d project fast.. May be the lease period getting small.. I guess another 80++ years only left..
