Today I go a call frm my Lawyer office and request for TNB bill for address verification. She told me its for change of title.

Later I call IOI just to enquire any possibility to get the house by May 16 since they are ready to Bill next 5% for transfer of title. But he not able to confirm it.

What is your current completion stage, e.g, 50% ?

Currently 60% if they charge for above would be 65% by end of this month...

still long way to go..... e.g, if till 90%, they can drag the remaining 10% for a few months time.....

any of ivory owner received letter from land office to pay cukai tanah?

Attention.. Some important point to share. You may find some brilliant and outsourcing staff from your Lawyer office stating that you are not paid for MOT. I experienced it today. Suddenly they seek for RM 3k ++ for the bill which paid a year ago. Additional surprise they mention the amount not show in bank account. Well we owners not always in good mood and not ready for this kind of heart attack. So as usual sound back.. then I noticed their new bill less by RM 1k compare to the payment I made. Now story change I need to demand $$ frm the lawyer..

My suggestion to all..

1.Plz check your payment details
2.Confirm that you got 50% for the stamp duty if 1st hse purchased. My case they ignore and I Jz noticed.
3.Keep all your payment bills softcopy in your email so easy to react if the brilliant staff give you heart attack new..
