I'm interested to buy ASTANA as my first house, can anybody here advise is it worthy to buy?
I went to the site. Many IVORY have almost completed and will be getting key this mid-year. For ASTANA, completion around MID-2017. The progress is promising....but i also heard the sales is slow. I wonder why....
my considerations:
- Currently staying at kota kemuning. Buying Bandar putera 2 seems to be near enough to my parents house (plus point).
-But working in KL (which i used to pay 2 kesas tolls to reach back fast, especially on friday nights which it will be jams everywhere) paying another toll will be very demotivating right?
- but bandar putera 2 entry&exit will it be Jam? especially at the traffic light?
- HOw about floods? any possibility?
- Leasehold properties, any fallbacks?
anybody staying there can advise me? help is appreciated
my 2 cents,
flood, my colleague staying there, no issue because the ground level is higher than neighbors at johan setia, the flood that u heard most likely is the kampung area at johan setia or others.
if u use kesas, it will be jam in the morning..... starting from the T-junction after bandar putera 2 shoplots......
leasehold..... 80+ years left for astana ? but to get new prop. around 500K for D/Storey....not many choices left.......
my dislike to the area is :
no direct access (Road) to the area, need to pass by small road from kampong area via jln kebun or after kesas (Long q at the cross junction for traffic lights)
but overall, for the price offered..... dont think can find in subang, sunway, pj, kl, etc.......
