Myself almost check everyday this page.. That shows how desperate I'm to get my hse..😜.. When I went last time there is no road yet but recent updates I no idea.. Initially I tot can get hse by May 16 but now no hope. First row fully complete rite... May be have little touch up..

I am also looking for someone to discuss further on other stuffs like guard, kitchen cabinets.. If we combine n do may get bulk discounts but end up I'm monologue most of the time.. Sometimes friend from Kristal 2 replies..

Jz to make the group active, I share some ads hope it may benefit for others.

Whatsaap group is great idea.. I suggested earlier but no response. My suggestion is we create one email and request ppl to share their numbers via email so it can be pvt. We can share more in whatsapp, sometimes share here might not related for others. As I know Felicia has group. Give me ur view...

May be yes..coz they still advertising Ivory. The actual reason I am not aware. May be need to check wt the some active ivory owner or the sales office..but if they delay delivery they may need to pay the interest to the buyer..

I'm wondering why the year moving very slow.. Jan 16 also takes million years to end.. It's Jz 25 today..Omg..

Their calculation is 2 years from buyer snp date, not launching date..... like my case, snp date around oct 2015....they can deliver keys up to oct 2017.... if later than oct, 2017 only will pay penalties to me......

For ivory, maybe there were a few buyers bought during launching time, if delay, they can afford to pay.....

Alright... What I understand here.. penalty payment takes place if developers delay to deliver the unit after S & P date ( assuming 2 years period). It's varies from individuals coz we can have different S & P date.

But devoper target to deliver the unit 2 years from the launch date..

Hi there,

I'm interested to buy ASTANA as my first house, can anybody here advise is it worthy to buy?
I went to the site. Many IVORY have almost completed and will be getting key this mid-year. For ASTANA, completion around MID-2017. The progress is promising....but i also heard the sales is slow. I wonder why....

my considerations:
- Currently staying at kota kemuning. Buying Bandar putera 2 seems to be near enough to my parents house (plus point).

-But working in KL (which i used to pay 2 kesas tolls to reach back fast, especially on friday nights which it will be jams everywhere) paying another toll will be very demotivating right?

- but bandar putera 2 entry&exit will it be Jam? especially at the traffic light?

- HOw about floods? any possibility?

- Leasehold properties, any fallbacks?

anybody staying there can advise me? help is appreciated

my 2 cents,
flood, my colleague staying there, no issue because the ground level is higher than neighbors at johan setia, the flood that u heard most likely is the kampung area at johan setia or others.
if u use kesas, it will be jam in the morning..... starting from the T-junction after bandar putera 2 shoplots......
leasehold..... 80+ years left for astana ? but to get new prop. around 500K for D/Storey....not many choices left.......

my dislike to the area is :
no direct access (Road) to the area, need to pass by small road from kampong area via jln kebun or after kesas (Long q at the cross junction for traffic lights)

but overall, for the price offered..... dont think can find in subang, sunway, pj, kl, etc.......

How can Bp2 be anyting like bkt tinggi/Kota kemuning? btw, no lrt fr bp2.. its quite far leh.. will b btr if drive to alam megah n park..

Crime rate here how? heard bndar puteri (from sentosa) is bad n even kk is quite significant (from sri muda) tongue.gif tongue.gif

Dont think quite possible bcuz the land close to bp2 is agricultural land or owned by malay owners, some owned small or big land.....not easy for developer to buy big parcel of land for development....since many owners involved....
Lrt3 johan setia is 7 km or more away from bp2....not too far n close..... hard to say will benefited from the lrt facilities......

recently review asking price around KK n klang areas finding gd undervalued prop..

Surprisingly, puteri landed cn find below 420k compared to 1 storey terrace here..even bkt tinggi mid end n small hse cn find below 500k..

it depends, some prefer location at BP2 and some prefer Bdr puteri / Bkt tinggi.....
houses at bdr puteri is not new (for new hse by IOI, price at least 700k if not mistaken), the 420K below is subsales.....heard the area will get flood and break in case quite high there due to close proximity to taman sentosa.....
