Hi, im kristal 2 buyer..... would like to ask.... felicia 1 or 2, any delay in key delivery by developer ?
according to ioi, kristal 2 expected completion is in Feb 2017. |

Kristal 1 billed up to 50% within a year.. But actual unit look like completed more than 50%.. It would be Fantastic if they release the hse same time as Ivory in May 16 🤓

The area there dodgy as hell leh. Even for people who are not from Klang, first perception is that it's close to Taman Sentosa the hell hole but for this price range for landed, it`s having limited choice in klang valley.....  |
