Frankly speaking when i took my key, a lot of defect till 8 pages (overall minor). But they will fix your defect. Quite satisfy with the repair from them. But need to bear with them on slowness of repair especially when our time (cadia and dura) hand over key. (500+ houses).

Even recently (after a year) i ask them to repair on small crack outside wall. They came, whack the wall, cement it and paint it back (fast response coz no other people request). So don't worry about it.

Why not? Your house got warranty . Cannot remember 18 month or 24 month (need to check my S & P agreement).

With condition:-

1. No renovation that cause the damage
2. Not for accessory like (door, windows, door knob) - limited warranty. Probably a month

Let say, you
-renovate car porch with new gate, mailbox, etc. Then too bad. that area is not covered under warranty.

So make sure you ask developer to fix first before renovate. It is best is wait 2 month before start renovate. Let developer fix the defect.

nope. waited 2 month. last week saw them pull cable on my row. No idea when they going to have unifi...super slow!!!

called them. apparently they are the main renovation contractor for bandar putera 2 and bandar puteri project. their promo packages are not bad.

Good..... btw, BP2 has limited road access and served by kampong road mainly...... the main cross junction faced traffic jam most of the time.....this is one of the minus point.....

but for this price range for landed, it`s having limited choice in klang valley.....

considerations:
- Currently staying at kota kemuning. Buying Bandar putera 2 seems to be near enough to my parents house (plus point).

-But working in KL (which i used to pay 2 kesas tolls to reach back fast, especially on friday nights which it will be jams everywhere) paying another toll will be very demotivating right?
I was working in KL , jalan Ampang too when i newly shifted here 4 years ago.yes is suffering for the first few week and after that..im use to it and just enjoy the trip and jam...

- but bandar putera 2 entry&exit will it be Jam? especially at the traffic light?
it will be jam...u need to wait maybe 5 to 10mins only.

- HOw about floods? any possibility?
