QUOTE(lee_what2004 @ Mar 21 2011, 08:08 AM) Dell XPS 15 (upgrade screen), Dell Studio XPS 16 Hi lee_what2004,2. What spec ? If for gaming, the 1. won't keep up in FHD... what do you mean "won't keep up in FHD"? Well, of course I will use it for some gaming, but I am not some hardcore game fan, so gaming is not my first priority, the FHD is more for my multimedia editing. |

lee_what sifu probably means that the GPU won't be powerful enough for you to play games in FullHD, lowering the resolution will do the job

The 2nd generation i7 in the N53SN would be better for Autocad, whereas the GPU in the G53 (I'm assuming its the older model) will be better for gaming.. Gonna use lappy in school too, will be using autocad 2010 as im studying engineering. Plz help me to decide by sharing some opinions thx! ^^ And do take note of the weight of the monstrous G53 |

Will a larger resolution be bttr for autocad usage? And do take note of the weight of the monstrous G53 |

N53SN resolution good enuf for autocad? Will a larger resolution be bttr for autocad usage? Some review claims that the keyboard feel is okay, some don't... so I guess it all boils down to users' preferences... The keyboard flexes, but that doesn't mean it sucks Personally I like the typing feel of the N43 keyboard, which should be the same as that of N53 apart from the size... Lousy HDD? Yeap, better resolution will be more convenient for autocad, afaik LOL, I think perhaps you should try it out yourself? Just get a normal 15 incher (most of them will have 1366x768), then see whether you're okay with the resolution or not Added on March 21, 2011, 2:38 pm QUOTE(Koki @ Mar 21 2011, 02:20 PM) Should be around the level of AMD HD6550http://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-Graphi...List.844.0.html This post has been edited by [PF] T.J.: Mar 21 2011, 02:38 PM |

It has a slower hdd compared to the one in in G53JW. And will g53 be bttr for autocad due to it cooling system, faster hdd, more ram, bttr GPU,bttr resolution? |
