How long does it take for the TP to reflect correctly?

Today I bought a Dell laptop online and charged it to my AMEX. Not long after that, an AMEX staff called to verify my purchase. After verification, then Dell proceeded with my order and checked my M2U, the transaction has been reflected but not the TP. Usually it is quite fast based on my previous transactions...

Don't tell me online purchase is not eligible for TP? That is 12880 TP....

for this i'm not sure.. i even asked if i submit all the supporting documents that prove that i'm existed the minimum requirement, can i upgrade.. the answer still need to utilize the card for 6 months...

Nope, Dell staff will only proceed the purchase on Mon-Fri. So, either way, my purchase will only be verified during working day.

Nevertheless, I got RM 100 discount from the Dell staff.

Now I'm worried about the TP, hopefully nothing happens.

Will get the TP lah, dont worry. Give it a day or two.

shouldn't be a problem for the TP la..juz wait for a few days..sure will show up at ur site..

or just wait for next statement. confirm got TP details

Esso/Mobil = in the shop = no point

*in the shop means for non-petrol

if im not mistaken, not everything in shell u get bonuslink points

You need to confirm with the AMEX Customer service ( at least 2 calls)

Yeah, I shall wait till this Friday to see if the updated TP will show on my M2U.

Forgot to update about my VISA, as expected they delivered it to my hometown yesterday and parents can't sign on my behalf.

At least the CS attended to my case yesterday was rather helpful and so I just closed one eye else I'll definitely file one official complaint. Luckily I'm going back this weekend to celebrate belated Mothers' Day and sister's birthday.

TP is refelected after 12pm the next day....usually

I applied my Citibank CC via email without any issue. It's done pretty quick and got my card within 2 weeks. But, that seems doesn't apply for Maybank. I called Maybank to check my application status but was told my application has not found in their database. So, have to re-fax my application and then I asked if apply via email would be faster, the answer I got is NO. Fax is faster than email.

So, it's better to follow their way if couldn't wait...

mine was a pre-approved, no documents required. it reached me in around 3 weeks time

any idea whats the interest rate if i want to change my RM4k to instalment plan for 18mths or 24mths?

just received my card today.

quite shocked with the credit limit stated

gold just enough for me even I'm qualified for platinum, maybe will upgrade to platinum later on
