Should not be a problem? I tried to waived 2 of my citibank CC which RM600 each this year, both successfully waived.

Roughly how much you spent annually on each Citibank cc?

Hi. Complimentary access to plaza premium lounge means that I can eat and get massage for free inside?

Kris Flyer Amex cost only RM125 pa. I travel every month, plan to get one. Seems worth it

For free access with credit card, you can eat and drink all you want within the 2 hours time limit. As for massage, it's mechanical tongue.gif

You can bring but will be charge for RM40 if not mistaken. If you have 2 credit cards that belongs to you that allow you to enter the lounge, you can actually bring your friend to enter for free.

Hi dear friend,

I tried my Citi PM twice to enter Premier Lounge (PL) twice WITHOUT any charges
I had a principal and supplementary card for my younger brother
First time, which was on 4th nov 2010, I use my PM and my gf uses my younger bro supplementary card to enter.
Fine.

2nd time, which is on 16th April 2011, again i used my PM and can enter, however this time they verify my IC against my credit card, as a result my gf cannot enter PL using others card. Had to pay for her rclxub.gif

I guess many have been using others card which they had now smarter and imposed new checking procedure.

Boarding pass check depends on their mood...

Hope this helps.

If I remember correctly the 12 complementary lounge accesses are shared by both the principal and supplementary card members per calendar year.

Heard that PPL is going to open at Langkawi Airport.

Does this condition "Use of PriorityPass to access PPL at KLIA lounges will incur a charge of RM90" applies to LCCT and Senai PPLs?

Hmm...I guess there is no time limit, as there is 1 time i stay at there for nearly 4 hours due to flight delay.... I even take the "small table" nearby the wall area there, and put infront my sit with the laptop and watch drama for 4 hours..... sweat.gif

then the staff there came to me and just gave me a feedback form ask me fill in it only as I guess he saw i look so bored there....haha~

Citibank just upgraded my card platinum visa card, when i first call them to activate it, they claimed they just added LCCT PPL for access, so happily i activate it, since I'll be flying to and from LCCT quite frequent from now.
but when i call them yesterday to check if sub-card can access PPL as well, they told me LCCT is not accessible for plat visa, only can access KLIA one mad.gif
screwed them nicely on the line, and they still insisted it's only KLIA, and now they are investigating who told me I can access LCCT PPL doh.gif

btw, any way to access the PPL in terminal C when flying domestic? I remember I went lepak at the international terminal donkey years ago when i domestic flight was delayed. Now I just can't find a way to cross over tongue.gif

Err folks ... if I'm not mistaken there's no way you can take the aerotrain from the domestic section of KLIA unless they activate the door. (Which they did when the aerotrain was non-functional for months due to upgrading)

The domestic terminal is on the lower section while the international departures is on the upper level. Aerotrain is on the upper level hence no access via the domestic area. Indirectly this means cannot go to PPL in KLIA.

I'm not exactly an expert in KLIA so anyone can correct me I welcome it.
