get my card last week.
here some quick review 1. card is nice colour tone. and its shape also. 2. today get the pin and login to OCBC Online. 3. seriously dont like the OTP when sign in. i get delay on receiving OTP via sms. worst longest is 20minute. whereby it also expired the OTP when i use it. after read all 26 pages, found out that can't pay using CC for TM bill via OCBC online. kinda like quick question. i am a lazy person, and i do auto debit / auto pay for my pass credit card. which is convince and never have problem. TM bill - OCBC online? ( this can solve by using autopay, detail here TM autopay Maxis - Ebilling? << ( can i set it as auto debit at maxis webpage and still enjoy the 5%?) any auto debit for below? syabas - OCBC online TNB - OCBC online This post has been edited by yhanwong: Jul 6 2011, 11:08 PM |

QUOTE(shoduken @ Jul 6 2011, 10:40 PM) huh?? only savings/current account? omg this is retarded. well, other banks like HLB and CIMB totally disable credit card from making bill payment, aren't they even worse?my online banking on eonbank, citibank and mbf credit card all can pay any bills regardless. how come ocbc like that? If you wanna pay TM bills, you may register at www.tmonline.com.my and make payment there. Added on July 6, 2011, 11:20 pm QUOTE(yhanwong @ Jul 6 2011, 11:04 PM) TM bill - OCBC online? From my experience, OCBC is the best when it comes to sending SMS OTP, always within 1 minute. If you dont pefere SMS OTP, there are 2 other choices. QUOTE(yhanwong @ Jul 7 2011, 08:23 AM) yes, i know UOB payonline can. but i prefer is auto debit/auto pay those. as i am lazy to pay bill 1 by 1. i just cross check when statement come. For my case, i registered auto-pay for my TM bill and still get the 5% case rebate from OCBC. Of course, the RM2 TM rebate (what a stingy rebate scheme from TM).Added on July 7, 2011, 8:43 am QUOTE(yhanwong @ Jul 7 2011, 08:37 AM) hi, maybe this is my first time bad experience with ocbc. so far, i don't face the delay problem. QUOTE(MGM @ Jul 7 2011, 11:55 AM) Same here. I am on 016. Usually, I got it in a few seconds. Never happened to me before until this morning. I experienced the lag > 10-15 mins, still no OTP sent out from OCBC even after I requested a few times. Same thing also happened to me when I was using Maybank2U a few hours ago. Maxis postpaid user here and sometimes slow sometimes fast. If more then 1 min not received just click the resend button. Usually you will receive 2 OTP within few secs. Use the latest one.

Tonight there's scheduled maintenance on OCBC Internet Banking site. Maybe they are fixing the problem.
My 2 OTP came from +6014.... number instead of the normal 6xxxx |
