Did 2 transactions today (4:45PM & 8:39PM) and didn't hit the Magic Moment to win any rebates from OCBC.
No SMS received within those hours.

I just noticed my statement did not have my 5% rebate. Anyone have the same problem?
*
It happened to me too. Called up CS. I was informed the mistake is due to system problem doh.gif It will be reflected in the next statement.
It only affects credit cardholder with statement date on the 18th.

For Pharmaceutical (Guardian, Watsons & Caring Pharmacy), we can get 1% cash-back using OCBC Ti Card, right?
If this is true, then using UOB One Card for Pharmaceutical will be better, as UOB One Card get 2% cash-back for Pharmaceutical (effective July 2011).

MB Duo Amex is better. 5% cash-back + 5x points everywhere if you can time your purchase at pharmacies to weekend.

I am using DIGI and I always get the OTP after a few seconds.

Same here. I am on 016. Usually, I got it in a few seconds. Never happened to me before until this morning.

I experienced the lag > 10-15 mins, still no OTP sent out from OCBC even after I requested a few times. sad.gif

Same thing also happened to me when I was using Maybank2U a few hours ago. sad.gif

I need a favor. Can someone help to point out which transactions below with 5% cash back? Thanks in advance.

26-Jun-11 INB :AST: 0 68.8
1-Jul-11 JUSCO-BDR PUCHONG SELANGOR MYS 0 84.85
1-Jul-11 CALTEX F/S SELANGOR MYS 0 10
2-Jul-11 PRUDENTIAL K LUMPUR MYS 0 200
2-Jul-11 PRUDENTIAL K LUMPUR MYS 0 200
3-Jul-11 INB :TNB: 0 62.65
4-Jul-11 TMONLINE(EC) KUALA LUMPUR MYS 0 106.2
12-Jul-11 ASTRO-AUTOBILL (A/B) KUALA LUMPUR MYS 0 68.8

Note:
26 Jun - Paid Astro via OCBC Online
3 Jul - Paid TNS via OCBC Online
4 Jul - Paid TM via TMOnline
12 Jul - Astro Autopay activated

I know Prudential insurance entitles for 1% cash back.

In the statement, this is the cash back that I received. I am still unable to figure out how did the system calculate it.

5% = 15.8
1% = 4.85

It is easy to see from your bill. The 1% are the 2 insurance and the Jusco which comes out 484.85. 1% out of it is 4.85.

Other transactions come up to 316.45 and the 5% of it is 15.8.

Jusco 1%? shocking.gif I thought it is 5% all the while. I bought things at their departmental store, not the supermarket.

Anyway, thanks for the help.
