Can we call the hotline/customer service to check MCC codes in our statements, after charging?

I've called them to check for each txn whether I received the 5% or not and I think many others have done so.

Past week or so has been experiencing delays in the SMS OTP as well. Just ask for another one, and it will immediately send.

hardware token is a small device similar to small thumbdrive with led display where would display your otp when u click on a button (no need to wait for sms)

This is how the token looks like:

Did some internet transactions via those group coupon websites recently and some of them gave me 5% rebate. Surprisingly, my rebate maxed out to RM50 and more. If i'm not mistaken they were for some food deals with the description "IPAY 88 KUALA LUMPUR MYS". Had confirmed this with customer service of OCBC as well.

You mean not all gives 5% rebate ?
*
Yup, that's the strange thing, even though the description is the same with the gateway merchant's name, some is with 1% rebate, some is with 5% rebate. I haven't got to drill down what type of item I bought for each of these transactions.

I got RM300 cashback invitation smile.gif

Very good marketing tactic. My guess would be your average spending for past half a year is between RM1500 - RM3000.
Makes u spend spend spend more than you really should! Let's see any forumers here will be the lucky ones to get this.

OCBC Titanium is a MUST HAVE Credit Card ... but some just couldn't get it.
*
Agreed! I hope some other banks will come up with something just as competitive soon as well!

Luckily, I paid all my utilities bills on 16th March... Else sure kena 'trapped' by the OCBC major upgrade.
*
Unluckily for me, was too busy to do this until after the upgrade. My impression of their IT has gone down, a major upgrade should not come to this.
I really shudder for any accounts/cards with them now. If they can't even ensure this is available to customers after 3 days, then how am I to know
my money is safe with them?
