Yea. I was having problem with their OTP yesterday night too. First time faced that. I guessed some kind of maintenance work.

rm4 rebate is not because of Maybankard 2.
It is because there are 2 service lines ie. internet & phone. TM gives rebate on "per service line" basis.

my TM auto debit via OCBC paymaster got 5%, I submitted my form on end of Feb, first auto debit payment in Jun.
