If apply through direct sales the documentation will b more simple like one month is enug  if u holding cc now...for telesales u need to provide bank statement as supporting docs if not the opportunity to get the card is low...the different is direct sales staff is mobile type so can travel but telesales is based at hq only...

I'm interested in this card too. Can you please give me your contact details? Thanks.

I have some questions, is there any difference of acceptance rate between direct sales and telesales, as in which one is more likely for the bank to approve my application?

Also, how long does it take after applying through you before we know whether it has been accepted or rejected?

I am using Maybank 2 card for almost 1 year already, now wish to switch to OCBC Titanium, reason is AMEX card is not widely accepted. But my annual income does not fulfill the requirement, will I 100% get rejected by OCBC?

Well, I'm not sure what is the selection criteria.
I fulfill the income criteria and have been a good paymaster, yet I got rejected.
Now in appeal case... My agent is helping me, even he has no answers for me.

My mom's first application for the OCBC Titanium MasterCard was rejected too. I found out through their hotline on the third day after i helped my mom to email them the application form. So, i immediately wrote them another email to ask them to review the decision made and told them the credit limit can be as low as RM2,000 and her main purpose to apply for the card is to take advantage of the generous cash back system comes with the card and also for convenience. So, they reviewed her application and the earlier decision was reversed just a day after i emailed them the appeal email tongue.gif
