hi i am new to ocbc, and as well as very confuse.

For digi: am i eligible to enjoy 5% rebate if i sign up auto billing?
for celcome: the same thing to digi
For eletric bill: i pay using online or need to go tenaga shop to pay
for astro: do i need to pay online or go astro shop to pay to enjoy 5%? can auto billing which able to enjoy 5% rebate as well?

for dining: as long as i use this card i enjoy all place?

For TNB and astro, you can pay using OCBC internet banking, 5%.

For dining, not always as depends on the merchant code. Refer to 1st post.

Auto-Billing would get 5% Cash-back
TNB : Can pay via OCBC Online Banking or Autopay or at Kedai Tenaga
Astro : Can pay via OCBC Online Banking or Autopay or Call the CS

For dining, if it's classified as cafe merchant code, you'll only be getting 1% rebate. Starbucks and Coffee Bean will not be getting 5% rebate.

The merchant using restaurant merchant code will be entitled for 5% rebate.

This is what the OCBC bank staff told me that day.

Really. Then the bank staff is cheating me.

Starbucks uses the Dining MCC... try it out.
Usually I use AMEX for Starbucks... OCBC can get 5% also

I usually swipe with AMEX at Starbucks too!

how about insurance will be getting any cash back?

by the way how are we able to check do they give us the cash back

1% for insurance. You got to check it yourself after you get your statement.

This is the desc "Cash Bonus Rebate FOREIGN CURRENCY RM 0.00" for my RM10 rebate...

i used my ocbc for gsc buy 1 free 1 movie on newly screened "simple life" casted by Andy Lau. I was delighted the ocbc promotion is applicable on new movie, but i nearly kena strok for watching the movie, forcing myself to watch the entire movie, suk to the max! Not a great start for me

i din even manage to go to the login page today.

I can get into login page.

Looks like their system is still not fully operational. Unable to make bill payments.

it is yet fully up, i cannot pay my bill too.

can't find the service interruption status advice in ocbc home page.

well, it's suppose to last until yesterday only.

Maybe call and ask CSR for their status, rather than guessing here....

Am not guessing, it's based on their notification. Meh, no toll free line i can still wait
