i prefer to pay through all other merchant's portal, except TNB and DBKL, which don't have they own portal of course.

Is those outlets like Hush Puppies, G2000, Zara, Topman.. entitle for 5% rebate? How about parkson at the Spring, Kuching?

i think if you have you read the feature of the card, or at least 1st post, you will know the answer. 5% rebate is only applicable to the 4 catogeries.

received a call from ocbc regarding the email message i left on their online banking system regarding the bill payment problem, they said they had fixed it earlier this morning, but i tried this morning cant work which i mentioned to them , they asked me to try again and said full service should resume by tmrw latest, tried this evening also cannot, will try tomorrow

as i was reading your post, i received similar call stating the problem has been rectified today. tried paying and still not working.

This is major upgrade OCBC upgrade, hopefully the IT team can fully rectify the issue asap, i believe the IT team is working very hard and looking into the matter and to bring the system up.

of course they do, but calling the customer to inform that they have solved the problem and yet it remains unsolved one of them should at least try making an online bill payment using cc to verify first

Yeah, indeed a major upgrade across whole OCBC group.
Great Eastern e-connect portal also implemented 2-factor authentication like OCBC Online..

if u go to the atm deposit machine at OCBC, looks like the software upgraded already, nenu is different
