wait 7 days and call the self-help system to check whether they receive it or not. It should say like; Principal MasterCard Titanium is pending
if it says pending for documents, press 0 to talk to CS and ask what they need and fax/email it over to them.

After that prays and check back with them. Apprarently when they need documents they will send u a letter via snail mail =.=.

Now I just appeal and they need declaration form. =.=, they could have just called and I would email them back in seconds.

Thank you very much.
You are indeed very helpful.
I will wait for 7 days and follow your steps.
Because I don't know whether they receive it or not.

After email my application, the officer straight away called me to confirm he received the forms.

Btw, who knows the details about cash-i facility? I asked about BT plan but he replied that currently they have no BT plan and he said can apply cash-i with rate 4.5 or 6.5 per annum, cant recalled.

If you pay via OCBC Internet Banking, you would get 5% rebate (under Utilities)

Hi, i've just applied the card. My current pay slightly exceeds the minimum salary requirement. I've got 1 credit card, no car/house/student loan on hand. What do u all think about the chance of approval?
