Called them. They said that someone tried to make a fraudulent transaction and the card was blocked. I'm supposed to get a replacement card in 2 working days.

Thereafter OCBC issued a new card for me with a new card number too. It troubled me to update all my auto debits. Any idea what was the fraudulent transaction? They didn't mention what triggered the system. |

Guys, can I just check with you - I'll be leaving to Australia on Monday. Will be paying for my hotel lodging via the OCBC Ti M/C....but the total cost of it is almost 80% of my Credit Limit.
Can I request for an credit limit extension? Added on January 28, 2012, 4:32 pm QUOTE(Xai-V-iaX @ Jan 28 2012, 03:36 PM) Guys, can I just check with you - I'll be leaving to Australia on Monday. Remember there is a limit of RN50 rebate per month which means whatever you spent may not get any rebate, then there is no point asking for temporary higher credit limit. Can I request for an credit limit extension? Added on January 28, 2012, 4:32 pm If you dont have other card and you prefer to travel cashless with credit card, one way is credit in some cash money in your credit card. Bank dont mind give temporary higher limit if the card holder has good payment record |
