did you guys notice that now we can capture screenshot using adb(ddms) on cyanogen 7.. dont need to use apps anymore.

stable.. maybe you can take a look at mad team froyo release. but honestly its a bit overdue. however stable is the main key.
if you want performance, full of customization with extra-feature but semi-stable you can try cyanogen mod 7 that using android 2.3.4 (gingerbread)

i encounted my first big issue this morning. Im using CM 7.1 version 05. I almost fully charged my phone last night and went to bed with the alarm on. I did leave the "Use GPS satellites" tab on - Under Location and Security. Woke up with a shocked face. My phone's battery was completely drained and shut down.

Any idea as to why? I never had this issue since i flashed to this mod

how do you enable that (ddms)? if using adb shell, what's the code?

Added on July 4, 2011, 11:03 amGPS consumes battery....turn it off when not in use. My phone (also using CM v.0.5) fully charged, and after talking (using skype) for 3 hours , I still have 70% left. If leaving wifi continuously on it last for 20 hours. With wifi on (about 1 hour on daily) ...can last for 2-1/2 days.

i try universal androot and z4root..z4root i try but stuck in the same screen for very long time until i go press home button

Using CM 7.1 v05
- video recorder not functioning
- sometimes when opening sms(go SMS Pro), its suddenly closed. Need to open 2-3 times.

Now using CM7.1 v07 (Thanks to curious for his step by step guide)
- video is now can be used
- Can open sms without problems as before
- The main problem is the SENSOR... Without sensor GPS status will still lock the GPS signal. BUT the compass in GPS status will not functioning. Also for game which use the sensor as a control. Can't play. SO need to wait MAD team to fix sensor problem

lol, im sorry, im about to write android sdk not adb.. , its located on androidsdk/tools/ you need to shift+right click the tools folder, open command windows here, then type ddms
on menu bar pick device then screen capture.

everything working well, except Radio... fast and smooth....

CWM is much much better than odin... with a few clicks on the phone, you can install update, hotfix, new roms.. and backup any rom versions and restore back...

yea.. u're right.. i think its easy and better.. just copy in your sdcard. reboot recovery. flash. done. dont need to wait odin count again. haha

Before this i enable youtube through Titaniumbackup (defrost). But now after flash to CM7.1 hotfix4, there's no you tube on defrost. So how you enable it back?
