@balakong

TP has its own pros and cons, so does JH and other residential projects. I do not like JH access road but it does not mean that project is not good. It is just personal preference. I think you have made your point.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Let's chill. Imagine you visit your friend's house and all the things you talk about is criticizing his house (sub-par quality, no security, lousy access roads, noisy environments), how does your friend feel?

Please lah...you want to ask TP owners about JH....sure they do not like JH...If they like JH better than TP, why are they TP owners?

If you ask JH about TP, they will give you many reasons to hate TP too..

surrounded by low cost housing
need to pay toll everytime
too crowded
got gates
swimming pool not for human wan
passing through tunnel daily not good fengshui..
no international schools
no amenities.

TP owners can afford JH easily and vice versa. Each choose whatever they like...by the way...if you are from Balakong...there are so many other projects....why restrict yourself to JH/TP?

We dont care if you come back here or not....this is an open forum...

Balakong,

I am the sales personnel of TP. If you go through my postings I do not criticize nor I do any sales talk here. And there is no need to. Most of our much respected buyers just need to step into the development to get that "right" feel.

I can assure you that I am the only sales person reading this page for certain quality control - such as wrong info etc and certain market studies. (for quality control purpose) and I do not engage in any debates.

Rest assured, most of the postings are made by home owners and some to-be owners. Although they have never indicated who they were, I can only guess. biggrin.gif

My believe is, different people have different ideas to what their perfect living is, to some, convenience is key, to others, life style such as clubhouse, away from noise polllution, good air etc.

So, what configuration suits you best? Not everyone will have the same configuration hence different developers come up with different concept and style to capture that targeted group.

I do not see a reason to compare or to get the acknowledgement of others, most importantly, "your" reason for choosing that development to stay in.

Best Regards,
Eugene

Actually, wtf is community living? Where do you hang your clothes? Can you mess up your backyard and keep pails and brooms there? Would your neighbours park his extra cars in front of your house? TP got these too...lol... but the gate helps....

Washing your car in shorts n nothing else would look indecent, wouldn't it?

What about wandering pets, maids, children who insist on playing in your garden and kick up your beautifully manicured grass, poison your fish pond or maybe drown in one?

My neighbour's dog drowned in his own fish pond...sad case....but I don't fancy any Elisa Lam/pets/pests floating in mine.

Isn't it obvious that this is a TP forum? So is it so strange to find TP lovers who defend and praise TP here? Why do we have to be sales personnel just because we promote TP? So, those who promote JH here must be JH sales personnel too?

Dont worry, I read the postings at JH. Bal did not Post TP or JH better there....if he did...it was ignored.

I love letting my dogs run loose in the compound and playing with them. I cant do that in a "open environment"...my dog's poo would make me "ENEMY NUMBER ONE"!

Thanks, Eugene,

See you on 24th. Will ask you then....

LC must be pleased to see us defending our choice.

But TP is far from a Desa Park contender....lol........on the other hand...

Jade Hills may be DP of the south cos it has a huge land reserve and ambitious developments..

In a few years time, Jade Hill houses may be 4x ours..!

Aiyah... all deep fried food. What a disappointment, though I did ate quite a few pieces of fried chicken. No catering this year....food cooked by our own cook but he is still recovering from a painful arm.

Lion Dance at 3pm, fire crackers at 3.30pm and lucky draw at 4.00pm. Quite a crowd..I think half the populace attended.

Met a new neighbour today, just moved in 6 months ago from Lakefield. She said her son used to suffer from recurring flu and cough. After moving in, the son seems to get less problems. I told her I experienced the same with my son who used to get sick every month and takes forever to recover.

Seems that living at the fringe of the jungle does have unseen health benefits.

JH has international schools, shoplots (ginza stle?), condos, just outside their GH.  In future, residents there can just walk or cycle to the shops.  Children can cycle to school, just like in Sydney.

TP...no land for commercial.  There is a small piece of land left opposite the semid for future development.  LC has not decided what to build.  I am hoping it will be condos.

Sunville is coming up fast and once completed, there will be a toll free road joining to Amandasri bungalows which lead to new Kajang area.  Tesco, Giant, SCB, McD, all available there.
Planning to replicate that Hurricane ribs on my own grill this weekend...lol...

JH is closer to Desa Park atmosphere, I think....self contained.

TP is just a small residential area, no schools, no commercial development under LC.

Dont know what Sunway is planning for the land next to TP.

If international school....then... rclxms.gif

Ok, everything back to normal now....hoping for a great new year.

Once the Sime Darby and Sunville projects are completed, there will be a toll free short cut to Kajang Tesco. We, as residents are not so sure because we worry about jams.

Next, new highway EKVE, will snake behind Precinct 1 to join Silk just after the tunnel, I think.
