Tp negative is that the bungalows are separated from semi n links, giving a much smaller n cramped overall feel. Total land area also smaller. We have 5 units per acrewhile jh is 3 per acre. No commercial, no schools n no condos. Not even 711. We also have tolls n no double security, no photo prints n no armed guards.
I forgot how much maint fee in jh alredy. Is it free for 2 years.......? Tp fee includes club. The club is smaller but looks like a resort n the spa, jacuzzi areas
When i go inside the jh clubhouse toilet, it feels like a highway toilet. Only one steam room for ladies n one jac for guys. The toilets have no aircond.

Dont know about jh amenities but tesco c4 aeon mbb citibank ocbc hong leong alliance are easily accesible here. Good enough for me.

Compare the two is normal. Many other dev too. Mutiaraheights saujana impian just jaunched semi inside the golf course. Gita bayu. Country heights, new raea near kajang golf also has club house.

My original choice was mah sing garden residences but couldnt wait 3 years. That side really resort like n quiet. The club fees are optional like jh. Lots ppl like that as they could show off the elite clubhose without incurring the fees.

It's a matter of personal preference. To me, the drive home to TP is so beautiful and serene. Love the hills and the mist. Took a drive to JH once and it was 1. not pleasant at all, 2 having to go through industrial areas, etc.3 Gateless is also a no no for us. Heard4 too many unpleasant experiences from those who've stayed in gateless homes.

I think you have very bad intention by saying the above. How to you know JH din't bother me? How do you know my enquries there died? I am saying JH thread not many active member and this TP thread have lost info on JH actually. So it is a good source ( bad or good) of information for public.

Ok Balakong, enough of the bickering - you've made it clear that TP isn't for you. So you've gotten a unit at Jade Hills or are you waiting for the new developments that are mushrooming in S.Long/Kajang area?

IIRC you were already debating this more than a year ago when I too was still deciding on a place for my family to settle down. Could be mistaken though, there are bucketloads of talk only peeps here in LYN?

As for the rest, the newly hangat EKVE highway - how and where does it join the SILK (which iinm is the name of that highway that TP-ians have to pay RM1 to each time right)?

Bro, there is nothing to cheer about. First of all, you like to assume things. I never said TP is the absolute best deal. There is no such thing as absolute best project/residential area. It is all about personal preference. Break-ins tend to happen no matter how tight is the security.

I noticed that all your postings in this thread has been very prejudiced/offensive against people who praises about TP. I am impressed with TP setup and security arrangement but I never belittled other projects like JH or Country Heights. I am just saying in most break-in/thefts, by the time the owner/guard found out, the culprits are long gone. In those cases, armed or non-armed guards are the same. Those cases are committed without anyone knowledge. How do armed guards prevent it?

I have no idea what are you trying to say with your statement 'no point to stay at expensive house if there is lack of security'. From your statement, I interpret that you think TP is lacking of security. Perhaps you have spot a hidden gem which the expensive houses in the project has the security that you think is sufficient and not lacking. Do you mind to share?

Thank you twins9 and madmoz and naleh33. The thing that I most don't understand is why TP haters even bother to hover around the TP forum. It only goes to show that there's something here that that greatly interests them. Anyway, I never had any intention of making anyone feel small just because I'm living here and they're not. There are many more prestigious addresses around. It's just that TP is our home. It's not perfect but what is? JH is loved by many as well but that is their preference so why don't they hover over there? I've never gone to their thread before because I'm simply not interested. As I've said before, it's a matter of personal preference. There is actually no wrong or right to this. The thing I'm happy about is that we TP residents are united!
