There's a unit at Palmyra next to the TNB station. Think is good?
Any issue with the TPers staying in Palmyra?

Is it a better environment than TP? I didnt see the whole thing, just dropped by the site a long time ago. Seems the owners there feel that Mutiara is an improvement of TP. What are your thoughts?

Try to understand all the roads you all mentioned, but fail to locate Twin Palm Sg. Long in Google Map.

U can search for Twin Palms Kajang.. I can see Jalan Palma Utama but no more other roads.. That is Twin Palms...

When I go to PJ, I usually pay the Saga Sg. Long toll, then use east west link. I find it faster than going to seremban highway.

But I usually avoid it during the morning rush hours.

I have never measured the time to LCCT if I pay the Rm3 toll from TP. But I measured the TP-Sg. Chua-Serdang Hospital timing.

Exit Tp toll towards Taman Rakan. Jam from Petronas to Saga/Cheras intersection at 7.30am - 10 mins.

Enter Sg. Chua toll....exit toll and jam outside the Ark Church all the way to join Silk is about 30 mins. So, it took me ONE hour from TP to Serdang Hospital.

Usually, on normal days, I will reach Serdang hospital in 20 mins from TP-Mines-Besraya...

I collected the key to my house today and found out I am second to collect. Tomorrow will have 5 more owners to collect their keys.

Below are some defects I have found but other than that, I am quite ok with everything else

If these are the only defects, i think it is consider as good.
How about the flooring? The under construction Maya unit that i visited seems to have have poor workmanship on the timber flooring.

Flooring is good for mine. Everything was ok.

But I find the door a bit on the rough side. Maybe coz the paint that they applied are not glossy paint. Maybe it will do more good in the long term

The show unit that i saw also have poor workmanship on the flooring. There are gaps in between and scratches..
