I am used to it.  My ex condo collects a year in advance.

BTW, our Honda Showroom just got hit!  4 cars drove off.  The honda Showroom is near Legend Kitchen!

RM 1 toll really not a matter..RM 4800 maintenance fees yes lo..think maybe that is one of the reason many G&G dont want to mention the maintenance fees in advance. smile.gif

Condo collecting maintenance bill 1 year in advance is quite rare, will be a big burden for the residents.

So much so of our lower crime rate achievement nationwide. sad.gif

Why is the road between Sg. Balak toll booth and Putrajaya turn off so jam? Got stuck half hour there.

Next time, I will use Mines Besraya way instead, save Rm1 and half hour of stress!

Or, turn right and use Silk all the way to Putrajaya Serdang Hospital area.

That road always jam.. I normally use the SILK from TP direct there but have to pay additional tolls. At least no fuss..

Thanks. Usually I use Mines Besraya but since today raining, I tried Sg. Chua Toll. Got trapped! Luckily we have one more jam free route to KLIA.

If I bought JH, die loh, everyday jam though save Rm1 Silk toll.

Added on September 26, 2012, 1:36 pmAnyone try the highway connection right opposite Columbia Hospital? Which highway does that connects? Never tried before. How much is the toll? Is the drive inside the factory area jam or not?

I have tried that before which goes to Mines and Seri Kembangan. If you are heading to Putrajaya / KLIA, there are no toll but in the morning is a nightmare there. I tried the route once and gave up.

Haiyah, you har, always condemn and compare against JH. You don't know the trick only. Can bypass this jam easily from JH without any additional route.

1) Minlon - gitar bayu

from JH, go to balakong jaya to gitar bayu to minlon

2) Balakong, Taman Impian Ehsan araes

from JH to Bukit angkat to desa kemuras- Impian Ehsan - Silk and go out via mines la

3) Silk highway

Bukit Angkat - than the sg ramal la - KLICU la.

All no need to pay tol la.

During busy hours use the 1) Minlon

During not so busy hour use the 3)Sg ramal

The Balakong one usually for shopping @ Mines / Jusco Cheras Selatan.

I also being told can go to KTM Kajang / Serdang within 5 minutes drive ( Kajang KTM need to pay tol, Serdang one still don't know la)

Just wondering, from TP, if we want to go to CBD or PJ area, is the Mines exit the only way during office hours?

another 2-

can use MRRII go cheras-Ampang-Melawati-Gombak-Batu cave- Selayang- Kepong- Mutiara Damansara (LDP)- SS2

or use Sg Balak Tol- Sg Ramal - MEX- Taman Desa - Federal Highway - Sprint Highway - LDP ( SS2)

Sorry, I work in Mutiara Damansara so only know SS2.

never use that road during peak hours especially if raining.
the whole stretch will jam like hell if there is any accident, minor or major at any side of the road along the sg chua toll till putrajaya exit
use to use that road but gave up & now using silk to mines. although there is bottleneck, but it will clear after the Mines
