Hi guys, just want to inform you all that I just got my vacant possession for my house in Twin Palms. Will start renovation by end of this month.

Is it? I am staying at Mahkota Cheras currently but never heard of the issue. Now they are fencing up all the houses that are facing the main road. Few days ago saw a person running very fast and being chased by a group. Not too sure what happened.

I think reno is a seperate deposit and this 6 months deposit is in case you are not paying and they can't reach you.

The reno deposit is 5k if I am not wrong.

No ler.. It is just 6 months in advance.. That deposit is keep for their emergency use..

Did u get back ur 5k d after the renovation? I assume ur renovation is done. =)

I got to know bout it through letter. There are 2 letters. 1 is normal mail and another is registered mail where they will attach the VP. After that I called them and they told me to wait coz need to wait for the bank to release the payment.

Update from today:

Called Fab Range to check whether the bank have released the payment and...... YES! The bank have cleared. So, tmr I will go and settle all the necessary deposits and advance payment. Might get the key within this week or next week.

Wow!! I wonder what car got drove off... Anyway, that area is a dodgy area. Visited Legend Kitchen and felt insecure even with the guards there..

That road always jam.. I normally use the SILK from TP direct there but have to pay additional tolls. At least no fuss..

I have tried that before which goes to Mines and Seri Kembangan. If you are heading to Putrajaya / KLIA, there are no toll but in the morning is a nightmare there. I tried the route once and gave up.

Maybe can guide us?? Hehehe

I collected the key to my house today and found out I am second to collect. Tomorrow will have 5 more owners to collect their keys.

Below are some defects I have found but other than that, I am quite ok with everything else

Flooring is good for mine. Everything was ok.

But I find the door a bit on the rough side. Maybe coz the paint that they applied are not glossy paint. Maybe it will do more good in the long term

The maintenance fees varies depend on which unit u r in.. For link house is different compare to semi-d and bungalows. Of coz bungalows are paying a bigger portion.
