cos at my 1st post havent finish donlod

so just untick the repartition and select all the 3 file based on their category . correct

emm..what is flash?is it like jailbreak?(i used to have ipod touch before)

Flash mean that u install new windows (firmware)to yr android phone. Totally different than jailbreak.
You still need root yr phone after flashing new firmware.
Correct me if im wrong.

Of you dont carefully follow the instruction, u can brick yr phone.
Thats y need to read n read over again b4 flashing.
Although there's a lot of guide out there.different firmware zone different file.

are there any custom roms for galaxy SL?
cuz i checked at xda, couldnt seem to find any

if there arent any custom roms, how do u solve the lag issue?

as far as i know..there is no custom rom yet for galaxy sl..not until official gb release..u can check thread on xda, [I9003] [ROM] UltimateSL v.1 - First Custom Rom for I9003

yea i saw that one, but its still not released cuz the dev is waiting for stable GB release as well..hmm
so what do u guys do to minimize the lag in the SL?
cuz my fren's phone is seriously laggggyyyy

flash is upgrade firmware.(In IOS is like upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 smtg like that)
In android we call it root.while in IOS is call jailbreak.

what is his baseband version? and i have no idea wht make ur fren's phone laggyy.
cause in background i am running (3G watchdog,ApnDroid,DroidWall,Handcent SMS,Live profile,Smart Rotator,Superuser,Traffic info,Viber,Whatsapp) without closing it. Is on 24-7.

i need some help here.
i connect my phone to the pc, it can be charged, but there is no response that my pc found my phone.
i try all the setting inside the phone, kies la, mass storage la, ask on connection la, jus doesnt work.
and i did try with 2-3 computer, so it shudnt be a problem of the pc.
wat else can it be? the cable?
and wat can i do? thx alot.

Try to install new driver and kies for your sL and
yr cable is ori cable or cheapo

i notice that too. but i cant even understand in theoretically how it is suppose to work.Let say if some1 stole ur phone and turn it off ? or it is place at a place where gps signal is so weak that it cant local ur phone position?

do u have another same type of cable at home?any cable will do,as long as is same type. it might be a faulty cable.

face problem with the alarm, it doesn't ring for few time and cause me late to work.
after some testing i realize that "Clear Memory" will close the alarm application, that is really stupid design.
