And if u get from SENQ, u get 3 yrs warranty.
Last time i don't care about long warranty but after my HTC Magic died on me just 1yr 4months and repair cost more than the hp itself, I opt for longer warranty.
Who knows, maybe after 1yr or 2yr, my hp rosak, and SENQ can't repair it or no more spare parts and SL oledi discontinued, I get an exchange for a S2 or S3 that time 

go to SenHeng.. 1199..  3 years warranty...

trade in my n97 for this phone.
why this phone?
1. need faster processor and bigger screen for web surfing. test youtube: yes!
2. although sgs2 seems tempting for the bigger ram, amoled screen and faster processor, im not too willing to spend more than 1k just for a phone.

what concern me right now is battery life. will be monitoring for a few days.

phone price : rm1130 original samsung. date on battery : june 2011. FOC phone cover and papago.hehe. add rm 10 for anti fingerprint screen protector. trade in n97. minus rm300 (already asked everywhere, seems that's the expected trade in price for that nokia).

all in all, think i got a good deal.

there's a sticker at the box written something like 'seller helps buyer register the warranty' (something like that, dont quite remember).

2. check the imei no on the phone and at the box. it should be similar.

3. there's also e-warranty card from SME. i also checked the manufactured date for battery. nothing serious, just curious whether mine is old stock or new stock. hehe

4. 2 manuals (very mediocre pieces of papers), 2 minidisk, earphone, charger and usb cable, warranty card and e-warranty(from SME)..

5. the seller supposely will register the warranty for you. once it's received by SME, SME will sms you back notifying that the warranty is effective from (insert date).

im sure theres some other tips to check between ori and ap set. help? 

in SS2 phone shops, the SL price went back up from RM1150 to RM1180.

u guys know anywhere in PJ sells this phone below RM1150, RM1130 at least

Flash mean that u install new windows  (firmware)to yr android phone. Totally different than jailbreak.
You still need root yr phone after flashing new firmware.
Correct me if im wrong.

Of you dont carefully follow the instruction, u can brick yr phone.
Thats y need to read n read over again b4 flashing.
Although there's a lot of guide out there.different firmware zone different file.
