Hi guys, sorry for late reply, there is three main requirements in doing this:
- A ROOT device
- Installed Root Explorer in ur phone
- download this file (vold.fstab**)from
http://www.zshare.net/download/8986737040669e60/ After u have meet all the requirements above, here's the steps:
1) Off ur handphone
2) Unmount the micro sd card from your phone, put into card reader
3) Copy the vold.fstab** downloaded just now to your mico sd card.
4) Remove ur micro sd & plug inside ur phone again.
5) Turn on ur phone
6) Open Root Explorer
7) Go to /system/etc folder, copy "vold.fstab" from that folder, then go to /sdcard/external_sd, paste the "vold.fstab" inside any folder.
8) Then copy the vold.fstab** from the /sdcard/external_sd
9) Go back to /system/etc folder, then paste the vold.fstab** inside to replace the "vold.fstab"
10) Restart ur phone, job done.
P/S: I will not responsible if anything goes wrong, please do it at ur own risk, the step 7 above is to keep the original file from the phone, just in case in future time u wana return ur phone storage into initial stage.
great info and thanks for the tips
one reminder for ppl who wanna do this though... if u've moved your apps to the sd card before make sure you move them back to the phone before swapping the system file...
