i oso dunno...feel lik givin up d...d funniest part is tat my system/etc/vold.fstab is totally unremovable...if u delete it will be gone but u log in again..d file re appear...haiz...either i got some software in my hp tat r blocking me to access it or sumting wrong wz my phone..which the batch i bought all system file r locked...sud u come accross any anyting plz let me noe...

Initially i got install, but after a while, i uninstall it, coz felt like it causing my phone running slow & a bit lag....as long as we surf safe websites, i don't think will kena virus......

received feedback from seng heng seller, she said she din register e-warranty for my phone but i can claim warranty from samsung center in 1st year n rest cover by seng heng...any other seng heng buyer how ur story pulak?

Confirmed! Mine still unregistered after 3 weeks used. Found this when I sent in my phone for repair.

i also duno he got help me register or not, that time i asked about the warranty, he say if got anything within three years time, just take it back to Seng Heng & showed them the SenQ card, they will help us to claim the warranty through Samsung....i also not really sure he got bluff me or not...

My story:-

I already survey in mudah, lelong (but not in garage), price around 1200-1300, seller/shop claim original set from SME. But when i ask about e-waranty, their respons dissapointed, some seller/shop donno anything about e-waranty and some of them said they can't activate e-waranty registration via SMS. They told me to register waranty through samsung website or send waranty card manually to samsung. So how come? Overall seller i called/sms said tht they cannot activate e-waranty via SMS.

I also called Samsung 1800, they said register through samsung waranty registration website & activate waranty through SMS by Seller/Shop got different.

What i know about e-waranty is seller/shop will activate waranty through SMS. Seller/shop will send information such as Buyers name & hp no, date purchase, IMEI no and special code (for shop/seller) to Samsung. After few days, buyer will receive confirmation SMS from Samsung said that new handphone already registered or for those who get lucky Samsung will call u directly.

dats how seng heng warranty is.they will refer all ur data based on ur seng heng card.1st year by manufacturer n d rest by seng heng.if u got some trouble in 2nd or 3rd year,theyll send to their technician for repair.they may also send to manufacturer back depends.if their technician could not get it done or not worth it to repair ur item,then theyll replace with something new at d same price u bought d item.
dats based on my experienced.last time i bought nec laptop from sengheng.after almost 2years my laptop got mobo prob n send back to sengheng.they said mobo is not worth it to repair hence they give me a new acer laptop at same price.but mind u that it took me almost 3months for process of sending d laptop to them n to get d new unit
