Recently got promoted as senior financial analyst but unknown increment..still waiting my manager to confirm but i'm curious to know usually how much a MNC company pay for a senior? based on my basic salary any possible i can get 3k?

i'm from semicon industry, and i can just say that companies
can pay high when it's really needed (crucial projects hanging in the balance,
need experienced people, etc.)

else, jumping with RM600 increment (20% increment) looks normal.

Your job scope same as mine biggrin.gif Only title bit different, mine is IT Infrastructure Specialist. I'm not in management level though.
6+ years in this field, salary almost same as yours but I don't have car interest allowance sad.gif
