Job Desciption : FA, AP
Years spent in company : 9 months
Company : MNC
Industry : BPO
Tenure : permanent
Employment Level : Financial Analyst
Experience before joining : freelance / 1/2 year experience as account assistant
salary : RM2.2k


Recently got promoted as senior financial analyst but unknown increment..still waiting my manager to confirm but i'm curious to know usually how much a MNC company pay for a senior? based on my basic salary any possible i can get 3k?

Salary : RM 2.8k
Allowance: medical and dental claim.
Education level: Aus bachelor degree.

what do you guys think? i joined this company with the lowest employment level and got promoted after 8 months with Rm600 increment. is it too little?

Well, if you think you deserve more, then you can negotiate. I don't think we are in the right position to know if this is considered low. We don't know your job descriptions to judge if you are underpaid. tongue.gif

For me, at times I do think I'm overly paid because my job isn't that difficult. laugh.gif

I'm a financial analyst previously and got promoted to be senior, in the same company. previously my salary was 2.2k..i din have a chance to negotiate because they didn't inform me my new salary until i receive my promotion letter.
hmm..maybe i should be grateful as i don't have much things to do now compared to before...

yeap...it's kinda fast i know but due to staff movement n manager doesn't want to waste more money to hire a senior with experience so might as well promote me n pay lesser i guess?
