Township like Putra Heights developing compared to last 4/5 years ago.
My sis lived there (PH) and one of the earliest lucky residence.
Corner lot with renovation can up to rm1mil.
(Her house is intermediate )

Generally my pov on The Glades:
Lifestyle : high end,luxury and elites status.
Location : easy accessible thru puchong,subang, from KLIA.
Direct access from Elite Highway, LDP not to deep location.
If traffic smooth from LDP exit within 5-10minutes.
The land is Freehold, which is a plus bonus.

If you are 1st hand owner, capital appreciation is a certain.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Glades, no doubt is an exclusive place. Buyer looking for a bungalow there,finger crossed if there any owner WTS. As mostly buy for own stay and sold out already.

I agree wth yr points, sdp sold 1st phase 20x70 dsl 4 163k only in 1999 now its worth nt less than 600k, very good capital appreciation. Demand outstrip supply thts y it pushed up d price so much, some more got chinese school n lrt hub

Glades still got bungalows nt launched yet, sdo hold back due to slow prop markey

I thought ph smallest was 22x70 or 22x75? There wasnt any 20' home.
Small bu though.

How is yr sis lucky if she only has one ownstay home? To upgrade (to better house or location) is as expensive?

Buy affordable 300k+ apmt 2 stay n cash out on ph house lo, d sales proceeds use it 2 buy d apmt n become debt free n still got mayb 200k 2 use

that was what I thought until I reconfirmed w a friend that bought 1st phase in Ph. he said smallest in PH was 22x75.

if wanna downgrade lifestyle and maybe location, as long as you have a house in Klang Valley, you can do so already.

Its 20x70 la i bot it frm sdp last time at 166888 2nd phase sibeh cheap😆. Sdp launch 22x75 together wth 20x70 1st phase i thnk in 1999. Can c 20x70 ph dsl on sale in mudah or other prop website

Bumping this thread on Glades. I can’t afford Glades but the rest of Putra Heights the tall condo near Glades etc seems ok. I like the quietness of the area, but I noticed that not much shops and amenities around. Nothing available within walking distance of Glades, have to drive to the cluster of shops south of Glades (near the Putra Heights LRT) or go to OneCity area, both about 5-10 min drive. But not as vibrant as main USJ area. Where do U lucky PH residents buy your food, groceries and daily stuff?

Mostly go to main place or sunway pyramid, food ah I think Taipan bah. Putra Height quite a lot of Malay cuisine not suit my taste.

But I think mostly of the residents got maid to do the cooking haha.

Thanks Jeffboon. I noticed at Putra Heights LRT shops got about 2-3 Chinese coffee shops, but that’s about it. Have they been there long? You are right, mainly non Chinese food, although I love food from all races, seems very little choice in PH compared to USJ/Subang. Puchong a bit too far.

PH is a quiet own stay heaven

But u want all those u need to drive to taipan or ss15

But if food wise not picky still got few kopitiams, mamak, malay food, family mart and cafes

Personally, only the garden units attract me but not all types.
It seems an after though when access to the garden for some unit is via the bedroom 🙈

If you saw the initial floor plans, the door in the bedroom to access the garden wasn't there.

Giant ph n jaya grocer main place. Hearsay jaya n starbucks opening in glades plaza.
